We are a privately owned business steeped in the finest traditions of Australian bakers while incorporating the latest trends we are also immersed in tradition which has been driven from our European heritage.

Operating since the early 1990’s and from our HACCP accredited facilities in Osborne Park, Perth, Western Australia; we use unique recipes and manufacturing techniques that have passed through the family for three generations.

Whilst we focus our talents on creating great products for the hospitality, café, hotel, restaurants and retail sector we have more recently installed blast freezing and large cold storage facility allowing our customers more versatility when it comes to purchasing either fresh, par baked or frozen bakery goods

While we have our own signature range of products such as artisan breads, pastries, tarts and muffins our food technologist work closely in developing products for individual clients to suit the needs of their business.

We strive to continually develop a niche range of products that will provide quality and innovation for our customers and we look forward to many years of servicing our customers’ needs and requirements.

Since the company’s inception 17 years ago, IL Granino Bakery has been able to establish a strong line of supply to some of Australia’s renowned and most successful companies. Il Granino Bakery services these business’s on a six day week cycle, with what could be arguably the best range, quality and price breads and cakes in the domestic market.

As a service provider with HACCP, HALAL certification we manufacture under the highest of standards we provide service and back up service equal to no other bread or cake provider in the market, we continue to develop a niche range of products that will provide quality and innovation for our customers and we look forward to many years of servicing our customers’ needs and requirements, we approach all customers as strategic partners in the growth of their business which in turn will grow the business of Il Granino Bakery.
